The address is 241 Garfield Ave., Elkhart Lake, WI 53020. Parking is available in the driveway, in the garage, or on the street between April 15 - October 15.

Check-in at VS Village House is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM.

Instructions for using entertainment systems (TV, streaming services, etc.)

There are 7 TVs, one in each bedroom, 1 living room, and 1 in the garage.

All remotes are velcro to the side/back of the TV

All TVs have the Spectrum App via Roku to watch live TV or on Demand.

Other apps exist and can be used by guests’ personal logins, make sure to log out before departing.

Instructions for heating/cooling systems: Nest Heating and Cooling thermostat is located in the living room.

Garbage disposal/recycling guidelines: Regular Garbage Can and Recycle Can are located just outside the front of the garage. Extra garbage bags can be found under the kitchen sink, blue bags designate recycle items.

Garbage is picked up at 7:30 AM on Monday morning.

No smoking or vaping in the home. Smoking is permitted on the back patio, please throw away all cigarette butts in the outside garbage can. 

No pets allowed.

Yes, the Fireman's Beach Park. The Hours are  10 AM - 8 PM Memorial Day - Labor Day.   Park Entrance fee is $4 for Adults and $1 for children. Address is:  411 S Lake St, Elkhart Lake, WI 53020

We don't believe in giving guests a chore list after they've paid a cleaning fee. However, if you can’t help yourself, here is a quick list of ideas that always help. 

• Strip used beds 
• Take trash and recycling to the outdoor bins
• Load the dishwasher
