Event Space at VS Village House
VS Village House offers a unique, versatile setting for gatherings of all sizes, centered around a beautifully finished and insulated oversized two-car garage designed with entertaining in mind. The space features a built-in bar, refrigerator, large flat-screen TV, and dual front garage doors that open seamlessly to a spacious, fully fenced backyard. A rear garage door provides additional flow to the outdoor area, creating an ideal indoor-outdoor experience.
The garage is thoughtfully styled with vintage racing prints and nods to the charm of Elkhart Lake Village. Just outside, guests can enjoy a large patio equipped with a grill, comfortable patio furnishings, and a fire pit—perfect for relaxed evenings or lively gatherings. A nearby storage house is stocked with lawn games and event supplies to enhance your experience.
VS Village House can comfortably accommodate:
- Seated dinners for up to 30 guests in the garage
- Reception-style events for up to 50 guests utilizing the garage and patio
- Intimate private dinners for up to 8 guests in the main dining room
The property includes driveway parking for up to 6 vehicles, with additional street parking during peak season. (In Elkhart Lake, parking on any village street is prohibited between 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM from November 15th to April 1st to allow for snow removal.)
