VS Village House
VS Village House is a vacation rental property and small event venue in the heart of Elkhart Lake, WI. This 1906 Victorian Home sits right in the heart of the Village. Elkhart Lake, WI is known most famously for the world famous 4 mile race track Road America, as well a quaint village that boasts 3 resorts, phenomenal restaurants, shopping, access to world class golf courses, state parks, and summer and winter sports. Elkhart Lake is a perfect destination for a quick trip or a long weeks vacation. The village has been hosting guests since 1872 when the railroad would bring resort guests up from Chicago and Milwaukee.
About the Owners
VS Village House is owned and operated by Jimmy Vasser, James "Sulli" Sullivan, and Laura Cooper, "Coop." Jimmy and Sulli are the powerhouse duo behind Vasser Sullivan Racing, renowned for their achievements in the world of motorsports.

As the 1996 CART Champion, Jimmy has a deep-rooted connection to Road America, having raced there throughout his entire career. He considers it one of his favorite tracks and locations to visit. His love for Elkhart Lake goes beyond the track, as it’s a place where he has created lasting memories.

Sulli, a Dallas businessman, has a deep passion for racing at Road America and spending time in Elkhart Lake with his family. In 2022, he and the Vasser Sullivan Lexus Racing team celebrated a major win with Jimmy at Siebkens, strengthening their connection to the village.

Laura 'Coop' Cooper
Laura's connection to Elkhart Lake began in 1998 during college, working at resorts like Barefoot Bay and Siebkens Resort. Siebkens led her to her first job at Newman Haas Racing. Coop was a full-time resident of Elkhart Lake for 14 years. Later in her career, she joined Jimmy and Sulli at Vasser Sullivan Racing, and the rest is history.
